When I was member of the Wu Tang Clan, myself and members of "Killa Army" use to sit down together and debate this issue, as we would write rhymes together. This was back in 1992-1993, lol. We all agreed that 1 bar = 1 line and that's just how us real emcees called it to be, lol.
