Not disagreeing about the probability of Dems winning... but, it definitely does matter with respect to SC appointments. RBG is on her last legs and Breyer is right behind her. If either of those positions gets filled by Trump (or blocked by McConnell), we’re all in a shitload of trouble... for a long, long time.

I don't even want to think about how the senate will handle SC appointments now. If RBG goes before the election... Man I don't even know anymore haha
