I'm not sure if I can still even vote... because i'm considered not on a felon... but a violent felon... what a fucking joke... but the joke was on me... I didn't do a long time in prison but I did do a long time.. I was convicted for the second time of barely tussling around with a cop... I always told myself I wish did square up and punch these cops in their face because then atleast it wouldve been worth it.... but I got prosecuted like thats what I did, but I didn't... and they beat my ass too ... im not super dark skinned black, but what they did was while I was I guess leg cuffed is what you'd call it, by myself so theres no threat to anyone else.... they body slammed me ... took about 4-5 cops... so for a long period of time on my right leg where I was footcuffed to the wall looked horrible.. and when they body slammed me I put the bottoms of my arms down to protect my face being slammed

and even though i'm black it looked like the I had sleeve tattoos ... all up my arms it went from like the middle of my arm all the way up to my fingers on both sides... that is a compteltely accuraute description of what happened to me... and thats not acceptable and woudln't happen if I had money for a lawyer... thats not acceptable but its what happened.

going for years is going to fuck you up mentally. i'd imagine it would be the same as people like my dad who were forced to go to vietnam etc.. and I don't disagree there certainly are people in jail that deserve to be there... im sure none of them thing they are.. but in reality I got 2 duis... they called it assault of a police officer, but all it was was verbal and somewhat disagreeing with them thats really all it is, but to anyone who can google anything im considered a violent felon and thats not fair and it never would've happened even if I had a 5k lawyer, but thats reaity now.... justice can be bought for a small price.... and anyone whos ever dealt with it knows

there are fucked up scary people that do deserve to be in prison.... but im not one of them I got 2 duis... neither involvled crashes... and both times I was verbally abusive to the cops.. and when they told me to put my hands behind my back I refused and slightly tussled with them. And yeah the first time it was involved with a small amount of heroin in small bags so it was possession with intent to distribute.

The bottom line is I doubt anyone on here would agree with the smack down that got layed down on me. Might be a couple people, but everyone with their own ideas and stuff.. I doubt people would agree with it. But it happened. And it mentally fucked me up.
