Because he did at his discretion. Not only did he know he saw it, but so did 2 other people. (Me and @Bags). Furthermore, more than 3 people made it clear that you have always been known as a recycler. Also, Split gave you a chance to clear your name (w/o even really clearing your name) get your battle reopened, get people to vote on it, and lose his spot as a moderator.

Adonis, the mod of NWL stands by his decision.

I, as an administrator, am 100 percent behind Split Eight's decision here.
