man i quit pm at this point
i mean ill smoke a blk n mild here n there...
maybe like 1 cig ary 3 days or so
but yeah...ive quit b4 (mostly from being behind bars tho - whih makes it eassier imo)
the hard thing is staying quit....

ur prolly buggin cuz u have to shit, and ur over thinking it..
go to the store with only enough money for tp...and sht...ull feel better for it after.
