It’s clear cut. Legislation can be passed now to prevent this from happening again, but there are currently no rules against Open Carry Ghostwriting.
Suthaveli wins since his ghost written bar won, bags loses. The only situation where bags wins would be where suth loses which would happen in the event of suth not fulfilling his end of whatever contract was made for said bar. Do we need to involve the honorable judge here? I’d hate to bother him over such small things |
