Don't think that would be a smart move. People have a tendency to side with the girls even tho things seem to be on the verge of changing towards the better lately, still got an incredibly long way to go with cases such as these. It'd most likely be energy draining, costly and end up backfiring in one way or the other. I think the shit @Chill Phil said is right on the money tho.

If nothing goes through or the mother is doing shit to fuck his life up even more or does something proactive for something like this to not go through, then we're speaking about the possibilities of bringing in a lawyer.
