Since Born Sinner...Forest Hill Drive was fire af, 4YEO was a dope conceptual album and KOD was hot too. He has a good message/lyrics/content especially in a day in age of deluded mumble non-lyrical "lil" rappers.

what route is that? recognition of self? truth in identity? he sounds more aware of who he is than I have ever heard him in his career... one of the most enjoyable and rewarding things to be able to witness in an artist....growth.

as far as his sound....this is the same cole sound since the come up .. this actually feels more close to those earlier mixtapes imo ... born sinner wasn't anything much different...aside from some beats I didn't even fuck with

Loved FHD and 4YEO, KOD was when I kinda retreated back. He sounds like everyone else now with that sound. You know the sound. That whiny non-singing stuff. I agree his message is great but idgaf about that lol I don't have kids. Scream fuck the police and talk about shooting people PLZ.

Sure I can relate to what he's saying, he's not from the hood or nothing he raps about his homies that were out there and shit but mostly it's suburban.

thought Bronson new shit was/has been uninspired. he wrote everything he was ever going to write inside of his first handful of tapes and albums and now hes just recycling it with overly clichéd impersonations of a caricature that only existed when he was striving.

I agree with this and did not like White Bronco but ive been surviving off BC/2 and Well Done for a couple weeks. SSelektah one of my favorites.

I think Bronson is comfortable doing the show host thing
