saving genetics, and maybe steroids to fuck with your endocrine system - i don't think you can?

there just isn't shit to build there, visually. improve your grip strength or whatever, you might see nominal changes but idk. i carry weight pretty well but my ankles and wrists are always going to be on the slim side - that's my frame. my hands are fine though.

sure my lungs and heart will also get bigger
