Al-anon is okay from my experience, but any help, religiously affiliated or not, is help.
If you want to stop drinking, or want to talk about why you drink (other than beer being awesome) then you should try one of these places out. It's good to anonymously get some thoughts out and into the air. Hit me up if you ever wanna shoot the shit about addiction. |
