votes don't need 18 paragraph breakdowns of what was done wrong

if advice is wanted from a newb to a vet a PM should be sent, and considering the way a good deal of newbs react to criticism, I can understand why vets never go out of their way to give it.

I think in the BA paragraphs should be more welcomed

I almost always do it when I decide to vote on a BA battle
