What does the the Thunder need to do to be legit contenders?

They have had a good off-season.
Keeping George was huge of course
But keeping Grant was big as well...they added Noel who has potential to be a very solid back up to Adams...boy I bet Noel regrets turning down that 70 million from Dallas last year now.

But I think okc needs to add a few shooters off the bench...

But realistically what can they do?

I like Noel, as you said potentially he's on the upwards...George is a gun.I'm not a huge fan of the coach tbh, think he tends to procrastinate a lot particularly in the 3rd quarter & in the latter minutes of the 4th.
