There weren't 8 people inside the store with knives.

There was 2 INSIDE the store. I"m not saying he would have fended them off - but maybe it would have helped. Maybe him trying to defend himself against the 2 would have triggered the owner and associate to help. IDK. We will never know. What I do know is, he wasn't stabbed TILL AFTER being dragged outside. THAT is when the stabbing began. OUTSIDE. NOT INSIDE. OUTSIDE. It wasn't like 8 dudes were inside the store stabbing him.

1 vs 2 can be managed but 1 vs 8 is different. I understand that.
