are you under the impression that your body should be breaking down at 30? 30 is when a man PEEKS you have foot and shoulder pain because youre not exercising your body. if you went to see a dr they would recommend physical therapy...........aka exercise.

there is no good reason for not exercising....in case you were looking for one
