Nah I know what you're talking and I agree I just have medical shit like Rheumatoid arthritis in my knees so going hiking and shit like I used to is a literal pain. My knees stay swollen the size of fucking grapefruit. I stay away from anti depression meds I tried a few and they just induced suicide ideology so I don't fuck with with them. Exercise is really a great and natural way to release the right chemicals in ur brain that induce happiness I just can't workout currently like I used to, at least until I get proper medicine or something
