Diablo the person whom bar/concept is in question DOES NOT believe himseld that Blue bit him. I also feel that while the concept is similar, I don't think it renders repercussions. Has @Diablo told me I also believe that the bar is not bitten. My decision is final, votes will continue right now we are tied.
