My diet been mainly veggies and yogurt and humus lately. Real talk. Also peanuts/variety and v8 juice. Been feeling much better. Havnt eaten much meat in the last month or so. Couple times here and there. But i have to be honest. I really believe its doing wonders fir my mental as well as physical. The response you get from your body when you put good shit in it is pretty noticeable imo.

Eating meats coming from animals that have led a life of torment and lived in horrible conditions is part of why i think anxiety is so high. The chemicals of the scared coupes up anxious animal that you intake. All its mysery.. I really tjink it takes its toll on us. After all.. Its like they say.. You are what you eat

I eat a lot of raw mushroom. Celery. Avacodo. Tomatoes. Peppers. Zucchini. Raddish. Spinach and coli flower and broxcoli. Its pretty satisfying actually. Due to it having so much water in it it fills you up nicely. Some folks might not like veggies.. Ive always loved them. I eat humus and crackers also when im in the mood for a different taste. Drink water and v8 juice. Milk to but i try not to go to hard on the milk. And of course greek yogurt. Chobani to be precise. Love the shit. Anyway. Ya. Thought id share. Pz
