surely the most obv way would be to divide the teams by race I would think

then we could give one of the teams a distinct advantage....maybe some type of charity in votes when they start loser

or perhaps starting out w additional votes that the other team will not have

THEN we establish a level of hatred for one of the participating teams that we all agree to hate

I think that's a good start to establishing some healthy racial tension and anger
