It's leaving your soul when your bodys unconscious. when you go to sleep try to sleep consciously knowing your going to sleep then after a while you go threw different phases.
hear hard vibrations,sleep paralysis, hallucinations, then seperation. its said when you seperate from your body your soul can roam everywhere in the world even othet planets and threw the astral planes maybe visit heaven. you can talk to animals and meet other spirits.
