Buy some, not all, low risk high reward. You might sit there and hate yourself for not buying more but if you fuck it up you won't regret it. Don't want another beanie baby incident happening to you where a bunch of people bought a shitload thinking it'll be worth something which saturated the market and is basically worth nothing unless you got some really rare shit.

My theory of something that'd work: the board game craze is at an all-time high rn. Buy all the new good shit games that comes out. First edition sealed board games of these will most likely be worth a ton in the future. Castle of Burgundy is climbing rapidly on boardgeek and is considered the nr.1 economy game atm. It was released in 2011 so if you can get a first edition of this one I'm pretty certain it'll be worth quite a bit in 20 years or so.

Or just buy any NES games you can get a your hands on. They raise in value every fucking year.
