Ok so I have never been in a gym, I have a naturally good physique I guess, but I don't work for it and I don't belong here, but I got a thorough check up done for the first time ever to see what I'm dying from now and my doctor told me I am perfectly healthy, literally nothing wrong with me...physically...given my lifestyle this is some sort of miracle. I just needed to tell someone.
