GoT (don't come in if your worried about spoilers obv)

i have watched just waiting till 10 pm eastern to talk about it since some people are weird and don't want to open their presents until christmas morning.

but word obviously its probably jon. im just hoping it isn't and there isnt a happy ending of any sort.

a best case scenario in my mind is the white walkers win. because rhaegar was the only hope, but he was killed.

the books are gonna get extra tricky. because aegon targaryen, rhaegars "only known" trueborn son is marching on storms end, in the sample chapter from "the winds of winter". with daenerys being alive and still in mereen, that was weird enough

but now there is another aegon targaryen. (jon snow) pretty sure i read that somewhere, but it could be a lie or could be a spoiler. sorry to everyone if it is lol. but he named both his sons aegon because he thought that should be the name of the prince who was promised. it was ned who named him jon snow. jon after jon arryn, and snow cuz he was a "bastard" of the north. but he could still be jon though, since rhaegars right hand man jon connington. im not sure where i got the he named him aegon thing.

word, i can understand the show writers just cut aegon completely off and will mostly give that name to jon snow. they cut and combined some major characters in the mereen saga aswell and in other chapters so i get where they're coming from.
