Have you looked into the diets of your genetic ancestors?
Ive thought about it, im also mainly italian and irish but remembered im AMERICAN and ate a baconator instead of worrying myself like a woman. Explain the seizure tho. I dont understand this amd its relation to bad cholesterol.
