yeah thats what i mean, i never had any issue with him to vouch with him being weird or whatever but he paid out and i didnt expect him to with me living outside the US
handwrote this certificate out and everything congratulating me (his handwriting was AWFUL btw, i still remember it lol) think the cert and the dollars are still at my moms crib some place, i never exchanged them for any money, just thought it was cool to have the dollars crazy to know he's passed
