i wouldnt report the dude because the chick ain't worth it. i wouldnt be shook of the dude because he manages a grocery store. just let him know the deal. if he wants you to leave his girl alone, and his girl agrees then so be it. but if she's still actively trying to fuck you should let him know she's a skeezeball and try and let him down with dignity.
