Wish I remembered your name
I thought it will forever remain
Engraved. Like the metallic taste
Of unexplained blood in the mouth.
I've become lost in my town
Looking for love in its crowds.
Spring chrysanthemums bloom
While here at the edge of doom.
Please build another extra tomb
For I'm nothing but sorrow.
Maybe there'll be a lovely tomorrow
Should I wait for the sun to rise to see?
And smell the pine and trees,
Nature's rains purify the scene
Washing away putrefying beings
Like me. Awaiting the end
Meanwhile making friends
Who are unaware of the faces they make.
Gestures that reflect crazy pain.
I guess I'm not the only one afraid
Though lowly I remain
Conflicting polarizing poles in my brain
A flame at the bottom of a lake.
I wish autumn would just stay
Frozen in space. Its moment unchanged.
Decay no matter the hour of day.
I guess a coward remains
Despite the 4 leaf clover and flowery shade.
Nevertheless the sun rays bring life.
You on the other hand, like a serrated knife
Cut viscerally into me, until I slowly die.
Oh this night will be something to remember
In the suchness of forever.
