Holy shit at a 3 bedroom house being 500 a month. Is that just your part of the rent or without your roommates / childrens / baby moms / whatevers portion? I rent a 2 br townhouse in a moderate to affluent part of Kansas City and it's 925...which is on the SUPER low side. Where in god's name do you live so I can remind myself to stay away from it because those prices seem like living in a twilight zone episode.
