Same goes for you knuck. Gmo literally means genetically modified organism which, as a blanket term, can cover almost everything we eat. Raw almonds, straight from the ground, were modified over years of selective breeding to not be poisonous. They are effectively GMOs. Sure, genetically modified food could be unhealthy but for the most part it helps food production keep up with population and consumer wants. Of everyone on this forum I could probably transition to raw vegan with the most ease and even I think an all-organic diet is ridiculous... Don't tell me you're gluten free too?
