Not sure why Mr j is being such a cunt about the rules when its an and/or clearly stated.
Obviously if its stating a maximum it will be which ever is HIGHER and that is the word count.
If you right 4 words per line your sayin you can only use 48 lines? Seems awful short doesn't it?
Or if you write in paragraph style 48 lines is gonna be over 3k words easily that seems a bit much doesn't it?
So if you abide by one of the 2 maximums you are clearly within your rights as stated by the rules.
Under 650 words and going a few lines over 48 should be no problem at all.
The rules are in place to keep us from reading enormous battles like mine an franks 200+ plus line battle 2 seasons ago.
