Owning isn't for everyone. Out here it makes too much sense... People want 4K a month to rent a 3 bed townhouse, I'm paying at least half that to own something bigger. I plan to live here at least until retirement, or until he rest of the country's wages make sense for me to move somewhere. It's all got to do with retirement. Thank you though

I live and work (right now) in the silicon valley, but I bought outside of the valley.
