i don't feel i'm demonizing saying an individual is responsible for their actions, and if not for their circumstance: responsible for how they react to their circumstance.

nor do i think people grow up with such sordid aspirations - i have some faith in humanity (very little) yet some might 'hope' for such a thing, depends on the origin.

regardless, when you're soliciting the sexual services of minors and actively on some 'the younger the better shit' you're a piece of filth and probably sub-human.

prevention > cure, and all that, though.
