nah, i forgot that when i first made my bandcamp, my first few beat tapes required you to enter an e-mail address to download them, i got a little over 1000 emails that i want to spam and let know about my last tape

and to let them know i got another one coming in a month or so.

i've also got a .csv file that i'm trying to open

i think with my last email i uploaded them somehow, but it added them all to my contacts, and i'm trying to avoid doing that with my new email cuz it puts them on my phone and shit. or at least it did with my last one lol.

nah, they have shit in place to stop spammers, you can only send to like 5 people at a time with a gmail account

i do have a website tho, how do websites send out e-mail blasts? can i just upload these emails to my website somehow and do it that way?

i can figure out how to link it to my site easy enough squarespace is stupid user friendly, but word i wonder if people have to physically sign into it through that or if i can drop this csv mailing list into it and have it automatically create something

that mailchimp thing is perfect/better than i couldve hoped for

its free, i could directly upload the csv file and make a list from it

i made a decent looking email and sent it out to the emails on the list

and right now i'm looking at live coverage of how many people are opening it, how many people are clicking the links inside of each email, etc. this is NUTS
