just seen this as well, dude tried to pull off, but he didnt drag the officer, thought he did at first but watching again the car wasn't moving just revved up and its like he got it into gear when he was shot

honestly i don't know how to express my feelings on the matter, i feel bad for the dude for being dumb enough to not obey the cop, and at the same time feel like the cop is a dumbass for shooting him.
