we had a cypher tourney like 2 years back, it was ok

4 qualifying cyphers and one finals cypher

problem was getting people to judge it fast enough to move it along and people who didn't qualify would get pissed so you need multiple judges

maybe in a lil while like the fall but it loses a lot of steam after 2 weeks
