@uh-oh: lmfao, ye I guess so. But nah, this dude in the third floor jumped from a bridge a month ago or so and his brother is taking the apartment after him. It's a sad ordeal altogether. Apparently he was extremely depressed and nobody knew. If the racist fuck over me had been interacting with him every now and then I could see why, hah.
