I can't get accepted into a university. What do I do?

hey vulgar here is the opening scene from the viewpoint of my character BILL

""I'll kill you and smash your fucking head!" Bill grunted through clenched teeth. He was infuriated. This little worm just tried to steal his hard earned gold, and was now paying the price.

"My.. mother.. sir... sick.. dying..." The boy barely gasped out as he fought for breath. He couldnt be more then ten summers old, but a thief was a thief, and Bill hated them.

"I'll fuck your mothers corpse you piece of horse shit!" Bill shouted, drawing curious glances from passerbys as he strangled and jerked the boy this way and that. The boy kicked and struggled for another ten seconds or so and turned into dead weight. Bill dropped him, picked up a loose paving stone, and bringing it in a high arch slammed it down, crushing the poor boys head, pushing his brain out onto the street. Bill then ripped the boys dirty shirt off, used it to wipe the blood from his face and walked on.
