this suspects car was approached after it stopped for the police, waited around for NUMEROUS squad cars etc.

obviously the cops can make quick triggerhappy decisions, but you have to understand the pressure they are under, they can't know for sure you got a bb gun, they go off what they are told, and what they see, the day they wonder if a gun is real is the day they don't go home.

its not a race issue, its a job no one is qualified for, and the SUSPECTS don't help matters by trying to excercise their "rights"

I don't think anybody is saying every black person who comes in to contact with police is racially abused, but it IS a problem and it IS due to racism.
