One month. I'm currently doing a month long trial. With the next bottle I'll only use as needed.


The thing that freaks me out a little is the fact that caffeine is an ingredient but the quantity isn't given.

I was wired, and in my head all night. Gave one of my roommates one, we both only slept 3 hours. I took it in the late afternoon... So that's my bad. I will take it in the mornings from here on out.
