I was never really that big in most pics I've posted here

Was 240 6 months ago which is the fattest I've been and was ashamed so went nuts and dropped to 192 now

Most I ever weighed before that was like 225. Usually around 205 or 210

Wanna hit like 175 and stay around there maybe 180
