so i was working, and i twisted to grab some shit from the backseat of a car, and got like a cramp/charlie horse of all the muscles on top of my right ribs

PAIN, like the muscles just GRIPPED on me. i instantly reverted to a normal position and just felt heat

and they've been sore as shit and just now sort of cooling out and feeling normal again

what was that?
