It is acceptable for mexicans and Puerto Ricans to say "Nigga" amongst Black people? Is it simply because they aren't white? I know us white folk say it in the privacy of our homes or maybe even in front of other black people if we've gotten the "okay" to say it. But I'm curious.

I hope you wake up one day and realise that its not healthy to mentally be stuck in the same rut. And that change should be accepted not neglected. I have no ill feelings for you, as you are not a figure in my real life but just another post on a message board therefore any real feelings of hate I would have on you would only be a reflection of myself and my self worth.
