You've just got a wax build-up, your in more than tropical temperatures at the moment that can make your wax do strange shit.. get gluey, I get it in the summer. Just do your drops you gotta tilt your head like it says and do it at least twice a day. Then go back to the doc for more syringing. Its just spraying bascially water or a solution into your ear canal and losening up the wax which then poors back outta your ear. You'll be right mate shit just feels weird, but if you keep this up you'll feel better, headaches will go away and you will actually notice and improvement in your hearing.
