the only thing you can argue for being better than reasonable doubt in 96 is the giant double disc all eyes on me which is pacs best shit in my opinion. and it doesnt even make the top ten? you put makaveli above it? why? cuz hail mary? cmonson. if all eyes on me was a 3 disc release, with that included it wouldve been the weakest disc
