he doesnt, its adderal, its not like its roids or something
he's got them natural islander genes. his bones are twice as dense as normal people. he's a giant. he doesnt need to add muscle or weight, or strength, if anything he could lose some to be more agile lol, even tho for his size he is agile as FUCK but word maybe thats what it was, to help keep his energy up to shred some extra weight and be quicker?
