Perpetuating a stereotype can never change peoples perceptions.

There are dozens of ways to actually make an impact on this situation but getting free weave and hdtvs ends up as the solution. I'm calling it what it is, greed tbh.

Cops target black youths because most of the time they are the ones committing the crimes, there's no disputing that. So how is going out and committing crimes going to change that perception? How is destroying your community going to prove you are a vital and contributing part of your community? lolololol

You're the one arguing semantics, genius. When you said "go after the judge" you clearly inferred that the judge had some sort of influence on the outcome. A judge in a Grand Jury indictment does nothing but tell them the rules and make sure nobody fucks up during the testimony/discovery/etc. process. They are babysitters.
