The moment a vote is edited after explanation, that's a sway. Any editing of a vote that occurred after being told why they misunderstood the bar or voted in the wrong direction is a sway.

If one doesn't understand the bar, PM the guy. Ask for clarification. Then post a vote after you've vetted each bar thoroughly. Don't post your vote and edit it later once your grasp of the concept/np/wp/personal has evolved.


I'm fine with posting a quote or whatever you would like (other than pics or vids of the person as they are against the rules) before you drop a bar. I do it all the time. That isn't a sway, that's context for the reader to know what I'm referring to.

But if I went into the chat thread and convinced you to edit your vote in my favor, that's a blatant sway.
