I ran for the first time in months yesterday. Considering my cigarette and alcohol consumption as of late I was impressed by my time. Was slow, but less slow than expected.

Doing roids is feminine and laughable.

I'm average male height.

I'm super quick but only for short periods of time because of cigarettes and other not so healthy things.

I'm like a Cheetah.

I have been trying to shame myself in to getting fit, I never put on weight so that isn't a problem but my general lack of fitness is worrying...it's only been the last year or so that all the things I have consumed over the years have started to catch up on me.

i was mostly joking about the roids thing

im just too lazy and if it would mean 1 workout on roids = 4 workouts not on roids than it seems retarded NOT to use them. i wouldnt want to be stupid big like can't put my hands in my pockets, but if i got a big ass neck to go with my broad shoulders and the forearms of a gorilla that would be cool
