I use a splash of water in any bourbon or Scotch, particularly those with higher proofs.

Ice should only be touched if you're talking a sub-Makers Mark bourbon or a blended Scotch. And if you're drinking blended Scotch, you might as well just go with Irish whiskey.

Haggerty sniped one at Traverse City vs Dallas or Carolina I think but he's undrafted out of college and when has one of those worked for NYR even when said college player WAS drafted? Amonte? Kreider maybe? Only hayes will make it gawd.
