I think it's pretty ignorant to look around and just assume there is no higher power, especially in light of everything science has allowed us to discover.
But, in light of our atomic size in relation to things, to assume we were visited by a deity 98,000 years after we appeared as humans is kind of small thinking.
I've said this before, but the judeo-Christian god is too small to be the actual God of everything.
our world is too small for an infinite god to care about

I just started talking to a lot of strangers. asking questions. making connections. it worked to a degree. I got a second job out of it that was pretty awesome. if you see someone with a job you wish you had, ask them how you could do it
