DMCA Title II, the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act ("OCILLA"), creates a safe harbor for online service providers (OSPs, including ISPs) against copyright infringement liability, provided they meet specific requirements. dia ur first mistake is thinking u know everyhting just because u got google doesnt mean u do

i got a fucking lawyer ive had 3 years, i have just delt with dmca , i have also delt with copyrights by using pictures froma certain artist for a website. i said u could take ur shit down cuz i dont agree with people putting other peoples pics up. but u trying to prove u have a case ur fucing uot ur mind n wrong yet again

also filing a dmca without a copyright is illegal
